Do you find yourself worrying about the future? Do thoughts drift into the past? Mindfulness helps us to stay grounded in our bodies, with an open, non-judgmental attention in the present moment. Practicing mindfulness can bring us to a place of acceptance and spaciousness, knowing ourselves to be whole and at peace.
Heather is registered with the UK Mindfulness Network – the gold standard of quality teaching. She teaches the 8-week Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Course, both in groups and in individual sessions, if that is preferable.
