We are a dynamic group of arts practitioners experienced in leading creative workshops, community projects and ‘arts in health’ events in Wales. These include music workshops, training in ‘How to run a workshop’, well being workshops and Arts Participation Training for advocacy and the Care Sector. We work with large and small organisations; from festivals to conferences and corporations.

Fliss Fleck: Community Music Tutor with over 14 years experience – leading Samba drumming and Creative Percussion workshops. Member of ‘Bosque’ latin band. Training provider – Arts Participation Training: Creative training for the Care Sector in arts for health and wellbeing:
Heather Murray: 15 years experience leading percussion and a cappella singing groups. Registered Music Therapist currently involved in Arts and Health Projects in Wales. Plays with Samba Viva, A Tope and Taiko Mynydd Du. British Wheel of Yoga Instructor.
Amanda Lloyd: Poet and Songwriter. Plays congas and percussion in World Dance Band, Conga Tri and A Tope. Her passion is improvisation to create original songs. She has worked on music making projects with children and adults with special needs and on songwriting residentials.
Ursula Frank: Founder member of Taiko Mynydd Du, the first community Taiko group in Wales. With a background in community arts, she has worked with adults and children in settings which include learning disabilities, mental health and palliative care. She has been Taiko drumming since 2005 and is a registered Art Therapist.
