We are a dynamic group of arts practitioners experienced in leading creative workshops, community projects and ‘arts in health’ events in Wales. These include music workshops, training in running workshops, well being workshops and Arts Participation Training.

Here is the poster for the forthcoming wellbeing weekend initiative in October. It follows on from the successful programme we provided in June at Buckland Hall, Brecon, for the Encephalitis Society retreat weekend.

Participants said ‘All the workshops were fantastic. Everyone had a go & took something away from each session. Thank you for being such a marvellous group!’

Let us know if you’d like more details and to book (heathermurray125@gmail.com) The photo on the poster shows the view from Box Cottage Studio, Bwlch, near Brecon.
